Objectives
- Internationalise the DUMA application for electric vehicle battery health management into strategic markets.
- Operate an international e-commerce digital platform (duma.pt) with SEO, analytics, conversion funnels and multilingual presence.
- Reach 1000 new users.
Results
- International digital platform live at duma.pt, with own e-commerce, savings simulator, CRM and customer portal.
- Linguistic internationalisation EN (default) + PT; analytics instrumentation and acquisition funnels active.
- Quantitative commercial indicators under consolidation, with acquisition and conversion infrastructure operational.
